I am beyond excited to be performing at the historic Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on Saturday, May 26th. This is by far the largest and most beautiful venue I have ever been invited to play, and I can’t believe I’ll be on the same stage that Duke Ellington, Sarah Vaughan, Patti Smith, and the Arcade Fire have performed on!
Steer the Stars will be headlining the concert and celebrating the release of their latest record, and we’ll be joined by the extremely talented Handshake as well, along with the current Deli Magazine SF’s Artist of the Month, HUFF THIS!, who will be kicking off the show at 9pm.
Since the Music Business Powers That Be require us to sell a certain number of tickets ahead of time, all of the bands got together and decided that we wanted to create something special for friends and fans who purchase the presale tickets. We believe that a concert isn’t just about seeing the music – it’s about building community as well. So, on June 9th, all of the bands are getting together and cooking YOU dinner at an intimate house show/afterparty, where a presale ticket will get you 2 shows + dinner for the price of one on a first-come, first-serve basis.
